Brief Overview: Barry’s starting to revisit his past and further separate himself from being a hit man and become the person he wants to be by not killing people anymore.
Making SMART Goals. For the longest time I have dreaded setting goals because I was afraid of failure and I also didn’t value the life I had.
But I’m slowly creating goals and writing my goals down using them as motivation as something to work toward.
I’ve taken my mind off of success or failure and placed my mind on THE PROGRESS.
The meaning of SMART Goals and what they are?
S = Specific (Be clear and specific)
Ex: I want to lose 10lbs and become healthier, making it a lifestyle by the end of the year.
M = Measurable (Helps track progress)
Ex: Yes, wanting to lose 10lbs and becoming healthier and making it a lifestyle by the end of the year is an achievable goal, and giving it a year as the time frame is greatly achievable.
R = Relevant (Align your goals with your values)
Issue here is you have to know your values. Whether it’s family, money, occupational, or health and wellness, YOU HAVE TO KNOW IT!
Ex: I value my life and want to be around long enough to achieve my goals, and see my niece and nephew grow up.
Lastly,
T = Time- Based (What is the time frame of your goal)
Ex: To achieve my goal of losing 10lbs and becoming healthier and making it a lifestyle by the end of the year.
I’m grateful for having a nice neighborhood to walk around in.
You often feel tired, not because you’ve done too much, but because you’ve don’t done too little of what sparks a light in you.
